Coming to the office to view rentals

What area do you service

 

We are a Memphis based company, our preferred area to service is the greater Memphis area, Desoto County, West Memphis, AR , Robinsonville Ms. If your event is in the following area below an additional delivery Fee will be added to delivery cost. 

 

(Please note that this is an additional cost to the delivery fee and not just the delivery fee list below).

Tunica Ms           $50

Millington, Tn     $50

Galloway, Tn       $70

Arlington, Tn      $50

 

How much is your delivery fee 

A delivery fee is already incorporated into each rental price listed on our rentals page. 

 

How to book rental items

 

Please visit our rental page and view inventory. Please narrow down the list of items you would love for your event. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the balance to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date. 

An invoice will be sent to your email address for payment within 48 hrs before invoice cancellation.

If invoice is not paid within the 48 hour period and is requested to be sent again. A $15 service fee will be added to the new invoice.

Cancellation/Moving date

 

All payments are non-refundable if you decide to cancel your event but will be credited up to 1 year  from oringnal date of event. We asked after securing your date with a deposit to hold remaining payment close to date. Final payment is due 7 days before event rental date.

Is there a order minimum?

Yes currently it is a minimum of  $150 to place a rental order.

How long can you rent items?

Event rentals are delivered during decorating time the day of the event. Our latest pick up time is 11pm or next day before 12pm noon the next day.
